I've led research and strategy work across automotive, healthcare, financial services, and consumer technology—first at innovation consultancies like ?What If! and then in-house at Ford and Samsung.

 

Throughout, I've focused on connecting emerging technologies with real human needs through mixed-method research, participatory design, and cross-functional collaboration.

​

Most recently, I've been broadening my perspective from individual users to entire systems through Northwestern's Technology, People, and Policy program, where I explore how emerging technologies influence society and their ethical, human, and policy implications.

These days I'm based in San Francisco, where you'll find me searching for the next best bagel, wandering through the redwoods, or wrangling my grumpy terrier.
